on-site estimates are the only way to get proper/accurate estimates, 12 Kilo plumbing does not give estimates over Email, text messages, direct messages, or the phone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

we go over the ins and outs of your plumbing issues and give the best option according to the customer's individual needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

12 Kilo plumbing is expertly trained and experienced through civilian and military schooling and on the job hands-on work for almost a decade. part of our experience is in our name.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

the U.S. Army Corps of engineers, trained in M.O.S. (military occupational specialty) call sign 12 Kilo.

What types of customers have you worked with?

homeowners, small and large business owners, commercial and industrial work, schools, churches, apartments, condos, and factory.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

a complete shower installation, we broke up the concrete and put in the drain and installed all new water lines. It took two days, and the finished project looked great, and the customer was very satisfied with the work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

make sure they ask questions about the issue at hand and are knowledgeable on how to make the repair.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

if the project is going to be a repair or a replacement, older plumbing and/or plumbing products might be able to be repaired but still may not last long enough to justify paying for a repair instead of replacing.
